Made to introduce a sense of gathering movement and fluid energy while keeping space open around it.
01 — Story
Purpose, material, and presence.
We built the form from closely spaced bent ash ribs, gradually tightening and releasing their rhythm to suggest a wave gathering force. The central void was retained to keep the sculpture porous and engaged with its surroundings.

Care / Maintenance
With a little attention, the surface will continue to deepen gracefully over time.
Dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe spills promptly with a lightly damp cloth, then dry the surface. Avoid abrasives, standing water and prolonged direct heat. Refresh the oil finish when the timber begins to look dry; seek professional care for deeper marks or repairs.
